Aroma QR Order Privacy Notice

1. About this notice

This notice covers in-room QR ordering at Aroma Beach Resort & Spa (Mũi Né, Vietnam; the “Resort”). The Resort is responsible for order information; Keemify builds and supports the system.

2. Information processed

• Room number and the result of the PIN check
• Order items, requests and order time
• Any other data, e.g. name or phone number

3. Purpose

To take and deliver orders, charge them to your room, call to confirm orders, and prepare order reports.

4. Storage and transfers

Orders are stored on the Resort’s own server. Staff alerts go through a staff messenger (Zalo), and order reports are emailed to Resort managers through an email service (Resend, United States).

5. Retention

Kept for retention period, then deleted.
